Weekly report

Know on Monday what broke last week.

A two-minute email with your score, what’s new and what’s fixed. It reads well on a phone and carries a private report link you can forward to your manager.

Sample weekly knowledge base health report on a phone: score 78, up 7 since last week, 3 new issues, 23 fixed.

The problem

Cleanups happen once, then the help center rots again

A release renames a feature, someone archives an article, a translation falls behind. Without a routine nobody notices until a customer does, and there is nothing to show your manager that the knowledge base is in good shape.

How it works

How weekly report works

  1. 1

    Scan

The scheduled scan runs every week, or daily on Pro.

  2. 2

    Compare

New, fixed and still-open issues are compared with the week before.

  3. 3

    Email

Monday at 8:00 in your time zone, to you and anyone you add.

Why it matters

What you get

A score with a trend

One number your manager understands, with the change since last week.

Only what’s new

New issues first, so the email takes a minute to read.

Made to forward

Read it between meetings and forward the report link in one tap. Report pages are never indexed.
